Temporary instructor is needed to teach NUT 113- Principles of Epidemiology in Nutrition. The course is offered as part of the major requirements for the undergraduate degree in Nutrition Science / Nutrition in Public Health Option . The course also serves as an elective course option for students in the Nutrition Science / Nutritional Biology Option and the Clinical Nutrition major. The course is designed as an introductory epidemiology course, using applied examples and case studies from nutrition.
